Brett Castellano was a pleasure to work with. We had worked with a few agents previously, but had not been able to really find what we were looking for.
Brett was the listing agent at an open house that we attended. His personality and knowledge led us to schedule a zoom meeting with him to discuss what we were looking for. He was incredibly attentive to our wants and needs, and asked questions about things we hadn’t even thought of.
He set us up to receive email listings and checked in regularly (but not excessively) to see if we were interested in scheduling a showing. He was easy to contact and was incredibly responsive to calls and texts.
Brett showed us several homes at our request. At each showing, he displayed a wide range of knowledge about things such as heating and cooling systems, electrical, and plumbing. He was a great source of information.
We fell in love with the house at our last showing and moved forward with the purchase. Brett and his team stayed on top of things and were always available to answer questions or resolve issues that arose. We are incredibly grateful to have had Brett as our agent, and would highly recommend him!
